- We're waiting on pins a needles to see if our landlord will let us extend our lease a month so that we can move at the end of May. We're supposed to call her tomorrow to get the final verdict.

If you turn 30 then I'll turn 37. That can't be tolerated. Please cease and desist.
The thought has crossed my mind. The bad news for you is that you'll be 37 BEFORE I'm 30. Take that, old man.
The freaky part is that if I'm 30 and you're 37, that means that Dad is going to be 70! Of course, I've always told him that he's immortal, so I'm not too concerned. And, I'm pretty sure that he's in better shape than I am.
