It's officially mid-week and I don't have any quippy stories, so I'll just report on my goings on. Monday, I visited the doctor who gave me the news that the new dosage of my medication is working and my TSH is back down to an acceptable level (specifically, 2.0, hence today's title).
Yesterday, I met KD at Smoque for a tasty bbq dinner. We spent awhile rehashing the various misadventures of people we know, since we are currently having no misadventures of our own.
I'm quite caught up in my current book, Shadow of the Wind. I was already wrapped up in the narrative, when the author threw in a surprise twist around page 300. I can't wait to see how it turns out! There's a lot of suspense to the plot, so I'm hoping that the ending is not as disappointing as The Prestige (the novel) was.
Also, I didn't post a review of The Godfather. I feel like the movies in the top 100 have been reviewed many times by far more qualified critics than myself. I will say that I liked it and I was surprised to find that Al Pacino used to be a pretty attractive guy! Not many men can pull off the legs crossed at the knees look without seeming effiminate, but there's something about him in that movie...

We are happy to have upgraded Angela to the latest version for you. Version 1.0 was fairly funny. However, the latest version will provide you with hours of humor and entertainment.
