JR's Birthday Party

In anticipation of JR's birthday this Tuesday, we had a little party last night. Since he's been on such a bowling kick lately, we met up with some friends at Waveland Bowl. It was a nice mix of people: Kate & Dan from (law school), Sarah & Nate (met through sister-in-law), Helen & Brian (JR knows Brian from soccer) and William (law school).

Before we went to the bowling alley, I gave JR two gifts: a bowling ball bag an bowling shoes.

Unfortunately, I failed to take any photos at the bowling alley, but I can report that JR had the highest score out of all three games - 163. Afterwards, with the exception of Sarah and Nate, we went over to the Roscoe Village Pub. The guys spent most of the evening playing pool.

Kate and I hung out and chatted. Kate & Dan are counting the days until they get their bar results back.

Justin sang some karoke - Fat Bottom Girls by Queen and Seether by Veruca Salt.

Kate & Dan, looking cute. And me with the birthday boy.
