Life has been busy the past few months, but especially so in the past few weeks. Mom found out that the company she sold her business to planned to close the office and sell the clients to someone else and she decided that the someone else should be her. So, she's postponed plans to go into semi-retirment and will be reopening PTA. She's hired me to be her office manager, so tomorrow will be my last day at my current job.
ER (the baby) seems to be gestating nicely. He punches, kicks and somersaults on a regular basis. I'm still sleeping very well, although I've been snoring a lot this week, so JR has not. My ankles have been retaining a lot of fluid, so the doctor has put me on a reduced sodium diet. I haven't found it easy to comply, between Thanksgiving last week and going-away lunches this week. Hopefully, I will be back on track starting this weekend.
JR and I are headed to Lebanon on Saturday for the horse parade. We haven't been able to go the past few years, so we're pretty excited. Maybe we'll remember to take the camera so that I can post some photos!
